Tracey Lee, Senior Account Manager
Tracey has over 20 years experience within the shipping industry starting in 1987 at a freight forwarding company where she was employed for over 10 years. There she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company including documentation, traffic, general cargo coordination and sales.
Tracey joined Pangea Logistics Inc. in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative. After demonstrating her strong customer service skills and depth of knowledge, Tracey was promoted to Account Manager in 1999 and Senior Account Manager in 2008.
Tracey is directly responsible for the coordination and traffic of Catalyst Pulp & Paper woodpulp and paper export cargo providing a direct link between the customer and the service providers.
Trevor Richards, Documentation Supervisor
Trevor has been in the shipping industry since 1985. Trevor began his career in shipping as an export/import clerk for a shipping agency, progressing into Traffic involved with bookings and rate negotiations. From there Trevor worked as a Freight Forwarder for over ten years, handling documentation, traffic, and general cargo coordination.
Trevor joined Pangea in 1998 as a CSR. Trevor is responsible as the senior documentation coordinator at Pangea. Trevor's responsibilities include documentation coordination between carriers and customers, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and overall smooth performance.
Lindsay Sutton, Account Manager
Lindsay has over 7 years of international logistics experience in the shipping industry. Starting at an ocean carrier in 2003, Lindsay has moved on to work as a freight forwarder specializing in Canadian agricultural and forest products to Asian markets. Her educational background in Communications (B.A. University of Calgary 2002), and her diverse professional experience, including work in documentation, traffic, logistics and sales, provide her with an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the shipping industry, and have contributed to her proven track record of effective client account management.
Lindsay is new to Pangea Logistics, having joined the company as an Account Manager in 2010. Lindsay's focus is on the Forestry and Agricultural industries, helping clients to move their products worldwide while continuing to grow Pangea's business in these markets. She works with clients from across Canada focusing on the Trans-Pacific and Trans-Atlantic trade lanes.
Marian Ng, Customer Service Representative
Marian has 21 years of export documentation experience garnered from her time with Gearbulk specific to the shipping and forest products industry. She brings excellent customer service skills and professionalism to her role at Pangea.
Jayson Sandhu, Customer Service Representative
Jayson has over 5 years experience in the shipping industry starting his career with an international freight forwarding company in 2007 before moving to Pangea Logistics in 2010. Jayson is involved in traffic, bookings, rate negotiations, general cargo coordination and provides excellent customer service to Pangea’s clients with his primary focus on Latin America.
Jayson 's past history and experience includes the preparation of import/export documentation and working as an integral member of an international 3PL group at their main warehouse which was a central distribution hub for the transportation of goods to North America.
Ursula Tattrie, Manager, Business Development
Goal oriented with over 30 years of experience, in commercial transportation (import/export), Ursula has a solid knowledge of marine shipping and a proven success record in freight negotiations. Her experience includes working as a freight forwarder, ship owners representative as well as cargo owner with focus on forest products.
Her most recent experience was with one of the largest forest products companies in North America, where she worked as the Director of Logistics, responsible for all aspects of export freight negotiations. She also developed and managed highly effective customer service team, training, problem solving and international shipping requirements. She is well versed with all aspect of freight negotiations in rail, trucking, terminal and ocean.
Ursula joined Pangea Logistics in August of 2011 as the Manager, Business Development. She is responsible for all aspects of business development and sales for Pangea Logistics.

Betty Mah, Customer Service Representative
Betty has been in the shipping and forest industry for over 20 years mainly in the documentation department. During these years she has gained extensive experience in the paper, lumber and pulp industry.
Betty’s area of responsibility includes the export documentation service cycle with critical focus on accuracy and timeliness. Betty works as an integral member of the customer service team within the Catalyst head office.
Larisa Zibin, Customer Service Representative
Larisa joins us with extensive experience in documentation specific to the shipping and forest products industry. Larisa worked for a number of years at Abitibi in their customer service and documentation department.
